You don't need to know what's wrong to book this conversation.

Some people come to me after years of therapy, books and trying everything. Others have never spoken to anyone about it. They just know something doesn't feel right, and they can't quite say why.

Wherever you're starting from, you're welcome here. You don't need the words for it yet. Finding them is part of what we do together.

This consultation is a 45-minute clinical assessment, not a sales call. It's where I begin to read what's actually happening beneath the words, and where you get to see how I work before deciding anything.

In our 45 minutes

  • If you've completed your intake beforehand, I'll have read it, so we begin from what you've already shared. If not, we'll go through it together.
  • I share what I'm noticing as you speak, so you get a first sense of what may be holding the pattern in place.
  • I explain The Inner Shift Method and what working together actually looks like.
  • It's a two-way conversation. You get a real feel for how I work, and I learn what you need and what you're hoping for. Ask me anything along the way.
  • By the end, we'll both know whether we're the right fit, and which pathway makes most sense for you.

How it works

  1. Your intake form
    Once you book, you'll be taken straight to your intake form. you have the choice to complete it now or during your consultation call. If it reaches me at least 48 hours before we meet, I'll have read it before our conversation. If it arrives later, or you'd rather not fill it in beforehand, we'll go through it together during the session. Both work well.
  2. Our consultation
    Forty-five minutes together on Zoom, at the time you choose. Your link arrives with your confirmation email.
  3. Your recommended pathway
    After we speak, I bring your intake and our conversation together and prescribe what fits you. That may be hypnotherapy on its own, or hypnotherapy alongside psychosomatic (mind-body) & holistic healing pathway. Your perspectibed pathway arrives by email within 48 hours of our call, in writing, so you can read it in your own time.
  4. As you choose to begin
    Your client agreement and payment are handled for you in one simple step. All details and next steps will be sent directly to your inbox.

Your $57 is credited in full toward your recommended package when you make a purchase within 48 hours of receiving your recommended pathway. After that, the standard package price applies, and both will be highlited in the email I will send you following your consultation.

Choose a time that feels right below. Times open from three days ahead, so there's room to share your intake beforehand if you'd like to. After booking, you'll go straight to the intake form, and the link comes by email too.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your consultation, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are refunded in full. Changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged the full consultation fee of $57.

Session rates for ongoing work are set out in your client agreement.
